Permixx allows the public to apply for different types of parking permits online. Existing permit holders can renew their permits, change details and make payment via their own online personal pages, or they can submit a request for a termination and refund. Permit applicants can consult the status of their application online, they can collect personal messages from the council staff dealing with their application.
Fraud-proof electronic permits	Read more
Permixx supports the distribution of electronic parking permits using the vehicle registration number as the permit reference, or in the form of a RFID transponder card, or as a barcode sticker. An electronic permit is issued to the permit holder only once, any changes can be updated onto the permit without a new permit being issued. By replacing paper permits with electronic permits, the councils could eliminate fraud, save costs and maximise flexibility.
Easy interface with other systems and databases	Read more
Permixx can be easily linked to other systems and data-bases within the council, e.g. validate a vehicle registration number against a resident’s permit number in the relevant databases, or even check the particulars against the council tax register.
